Therapy in the park is a whole different experience. Talking as we walk in the (muddy) park, gives everything a new perspective. You will have the chance to breathe and think without the confines of a room. This type of therapy unlocks your imagination & allows you to see the possibility of a future that is free from anxiety, grief, trauma.
